To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved


What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For Bouquet gifts, they must still be in their clear wrap protection (unless returning due to damage)
  • In the original packaging

Promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for returning a faulty product, however we charge a small fee of £2.95 for any other reason
  • Premium shipping charges are non-refundable (Next Day Before 12pm, Saturday and Sunday services)
  • You will be responsible for printing your returns label
  • If you cannot return your item to one of our local collection shops then we can arrange for the courier to collect from your home, however this will incur an additional charge of £9.00


How soon will I get my credit?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit note.
  • If you are approved, then a credit note will be sent to your original purchasing email address within 5 working days. There is no expiry date on our credit notes.
  • If your item has arrived damaged or you have received the wrong item, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
  • Please note that only items returned due to damage or wrong item received will be eligible for a refund. Returned items due to changing your mind will be issued with a credit note only.
