We want to create the ultimate gifting experience. With this in mind, we are proud to announce that all of our bouquets are glue free. Traditional methods for bouquet building involve using hot melt glue to attach sticks to each item in the bouquet. The downside to this is that each chocolate bar is exposed to extreme heat and inevitably this affects the taste and appearance of the chocolate when unwrapped. We have developed a brand-new technique which completely eradicates the use of hot melt glue, so the product remains intact and can be easily removed from the stick by the end user. We are the only UK bouquet manufacturer to adopt this technique.
NO SUBSTITUTIONS - We will never substitute any items in your gift. You will always receive exactly what is listed in the contents.

All orders received before 4pm, Monday to Friday, will be despatched on the same day. Any orders received after 4pm, or on a Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holiday, will be despatched on the next working day.
You will be provided with a one-hour delivery slot from DPD, usually by 11am on the day of delivery. Please provide us with the recipient’s mobile number so that the courier can communicate directly with them.
DPD offer a range of in-flight delivery options, such as leave with a neighbour, leave in a safe place, deliver to a local collection shop, follow my driver, change the day of the delivery, add a contact number, and leave additional delivery details. All of these options are available by following the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
DPD will attempt delivery two times, before sending the parcel to a local collection shop for the recipient's convenience. The location of this shop will be available by following the tracking information.
All of the chocolate that we use will have nutritional information and allergen advice on the individual wrappers.
