I bought one for my sisters birthday. After receiving a a postal reference that was wrong, I was very worried about being scammed. I was assured that the wrong reference was on behalf of royal mail. After communicating via email, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited a couple of days. The package did arrive within a reasonable time line and blmy sister is very happy with it.
