Peaky Blinder Irish Whiskey

Made from an exceptional blend of grain and single malt Irish whiskey; this mighty drink has an aroma of malts and cracked nuts, with a sweet taste and a smooth intense flavour.

Colour: Mahogany oak

Aroma: Mineral, almond, spice and dark chocolate

Taste: Citrus, spice, cracked pepper, dried fruit, mellow wood, smoke and ginger

Finish: Long lasting and rounded, with a delicate balance

 

Spiced Dry Gin

Made from a carefully selected collection of no less than 9 botanicals. Not for the faint-hearted, the peppery notes of the ginger and the grains of paradise make this a bold, spicy gin choice.

Aroma: Peppery notes, gentle juniper and warming citrus

Taste: Warm and spiced with plenty of coriander, cardamom and a touch of sweet orange

Finish: A long and warm finish with ginger and grains of paradise

 

Black Spiced Rum

A bold, warming Caribbean rum blended with spices and aged in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks for a distinctive finish.

Colour: Dark Walnut Brown

Aroma: Strong notes of raisin with a vanilla undertone

Taste: Sweet orange with rich cinnamon and nutmeg spice

Finish: Long finish of well balanced spice and sweetness
