UK Delivery

We offer a fast, free nationwide delivery service for all orders over £8.95 across the whole of the UK, using our delivery partners UPS and Royal Mail. There is a small charge of £4.50 for all orders up to £8.95.
Please find below a list of the delivery options that we offer:
ENGLAND & WALES - UPS Next Working Day Delivery (Free)
ENGLAND & WALES - UPS Next Working Day Delivery before 12pm (£4.95)
ENGLAND & WALES - UPS Saturday Delivery before 12pm (£8.95)
SCOTLAND, NORTHERN IRELAND & ISLANDS - Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Free)
SCOTLAND, NORTHERN IRELAND & ISLANDS - Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£3.95)

 

All orders received before 2pm, Monday to Friday, will be despatched on the same day.  Any orders received after 2pm, or on a Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holiday, will be despatched on the next working day. Deliveries are attempted by UPS between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, or before 12pm on Saturdays.

 

We also offer a free 'Select a Date' Delivery service, so that you can place your order in advance and have it delivered on a specific date. This feature is available on all of our product pages. Depending on your chosen delivery method we will either despatch your item on the previous working day (for all UPS options and Royal Mail Tracked 24 service), or 2 working days prior for Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.  This service is not guaranteed for all Royal Mail shipments (as certain postcodes can take an extra day to arrive), however UPS has a 98.7% success rate of completion for the chosen date.

 

All UPS deliveries will require a signature upon delivery, so please ensure that someone is available to sign for the delivery.  You will receive full tracking information from UPS via email, along with a range of options, including diverting your parcel to your nearest Access Point. If the courier is unsuccessful in delivering your parcel, they will either divert it to your closest Access Point or re-attempt delivery on the next working day. They will keep you updated via email at all times.

 

Any items being delivered by Royal Mail will require someone to be at the property to accept the parcel (due to its size). If Royal Mail is unsuccessful in delivering your parcel it will be sent to your local collection office for collection at your convenience, and a card will be left at the property to advise on the location.

 

Your bouquet will be wrapped securely and parcelled inside an extra strength box, to ensure it arrives safely.  We send out over 10,000 bouquets a month with our couriers and encounter very few problems.  However, in the unlikely event that there is any damage to the bouquet inside then please send through some pictures of the damage (along with a picture of the box and packing slip) and we shall arrange for either a refund or free replacement to be sent out straight away.

 

Please ensure that if you are sending a bouquet to someone as a gift, that they are aware of the delivery.  All of our parcels require someone to be present, and as such if the recipient is not aware of the delivery then they may not be in at the time of delivery. UPS will hold the parcel for 7 working days at the Access Point after the first delivery attempt has been made. Royal Mail will hold your parcel at the collection office for 10 working days. Please ensure that the parcel is collected prior to this time to avoid any restocking charges.
