All orders received before 12pm, Monday to Friday, will be despatched on the same day for Next Working Day delivery. Any orders received after 12pm, or on a Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holiday, will be despatched on the next working day. Deliveries are attempted by APC Overnight between the hours of 8am and 6pm, however they aim to have all items delivered by 4pm daily.
We also offer a free 'Select a Date' Delivery service, so that you can place your order in advance and have it delivered on a specific date. Please note that this free service is only available for deliveries Monday - Friday, and sadly is not available to the postcodes detailed below.
We offer a Saturday AM Delivery service through APC Overnight at an additional cost of £6.95. Please ensure that this service is selected at the checkout if you have selected a Saturday date on the product page. If you do not select the correct service charge at the checkout then sadly we will not be able to honour your selected delivery date, and we will deliver on the working day prior to the Saturday selected.
Selected postcodes do not qualify for the Next Working Day, 'Select a Date', and Saturday Delivery services, due to courier restrictions. The following postcodes will be sent using Royal Mail's Tracked48 service:

APC Overnight operate a Monday to Friday delivery service and will require a signature upon delivery, so please ensure that someone is available to sign for the delivery. You will receive full tracking information from APC Overnight via email, and where a mobile number is provided APC Overnight will send an SMS message on the morning of the delivery with a 2 hour delivery slot. You can track the exact location of your driver at any time, using the APC Overnight tracking website.
Your bouquet will be wrapped securely and parcelled inside an extra strength box, to ensure it arrives safely. We send out over 3,000 bouquets a month with APC Overnight and encounter very few problems. However, in the unlikely event that there is any damage to the bouquet inside then please send through some pictures of the damage (along with a picture of the box and packing slip) and we shall arrange for either a refund or free replacement to be sent out straight away.
Please ensure that if you are sending a bouquet to someone as a gift, that they are aware of the delivery day and time. All of our parcels require a signature, and as such if the recipient is not aware of the delivery then they may not be in at the time of delivery. The courier will hold the parcel for 3 working days after a delivery attempt has been made, so please ensure that the recipient has made contact with the courier prior to this time, to avoid your gift being returned.
