We despatch all of our products  the next working day after the order has been placed and offer the following services:

Orders up to £3.94: £0.95 (2-3 working days after despatch)

Orders up to £8.50: £3.50 (2-3 working days after despatch)

Orders up to £16.94: £5.95 (2-3 working days after despatch)

Orders over £16.95: FREE DELIVERY (3-5 working days after despatch)

We also offer a Express Delivery service that is available for all bouquet orders. We will despatch these items the next working day for Delivery 1 working day after despatch. The price of this service is £3.00

If you would like your bouquet delivering on a specific date then please specify the date at the cart page.  While APC will not 100% guarantee delivery on any specific date, for legal reasons, they do have a 98.5% success rate. This service costs an additional £2.00.


Please note that these prices are for mainland UK only and do not include the Channel Islands, Isle of White, Isle of Man, or Northern Ireland.  Should you wish to send your bouquet to any address other than mainland UK then please contact us for a quotation and we will be happy to help.  If you enter a delivery address other than mainland UK then your order will be cancelled.


Selected postcodes do not qualify for the 1 Working Day service, due to courier restrictions.  The following postcodes will be sent using their 2 working day service:

AB30, AB34, AB36, AB37, AB38, AB41-AB56, FK17-FK21, IV1-IV40, IV52-IV54, IV63, KW1-KW14, PA21-PA40, PH15-PH26, PH30-PH41, PH49, PH50,


APC operate a Monday to Friday delivery service and will require a signature upon delivery, so please ensure that someone is available to sign for the delivery.  APC will make 2 attempts to deliver and will leave a card on each occasion.  They can be contacted using the telephone number on the card, to make arrangements for re-delivery on a more convenient day.  After the 2 attempts have been made the parcel will remain at your local depot, awaiting collection.  The parcel will stay there until it is collected, as their is no return facility.


Your bouquet will be wrapped securely and parcelled inside an extra strength box, to ensure it arrives safely.  We send out over 3,000 bouquets a month with APC and encounter very few problems.  However, in the unlikely event that your parcel does arrive damaged then please inform the courier that you wish to sign for the parcel as damaged.  If there is any damage to the bouquet inside then please send through some pictures of the damage (along with a picture of the box) and we shall arrange for either a refund or free replacement to be sent out straight away.


Please note that if your are sending your bouquet to someone other than yourself then it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the recipient is aware of the delivery and is updated on the date of delivery and tracking number (this information is sent to the registered email address at the checkout). Should our couriers be unsuccessful in delivering your item due to the recipient not being informed of the parcel then the item will be returned to ourselves and you will be charged for the attempted delivery.
