NO SUBSTITUTIONS – We will never substitute any items in your gift. You will always receive exactly what is listed in the contents. Yankee Candle and Price’s Candle scents also vary throughout the year, depending on seasonal availability and is dictated by the manufacturer.  

FREE GIFT MESSAGE – To make our unique gifts even more special, we offer you the chance to leave a free personalised gift message with every gift. This is your opportunity to remind someone how much they mean to you and to let them know who the gift is from!

Order before 2PM Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch. Any orders received after the cut-off time, or on a Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holiday, will be despatched on the next working day.

  • DPD Next Working Day Courier Service: £4.95 (£2.95 for orders over £50)

  • Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Service Before 1pm: Royal Mail guarantees delivery attempts by 1pm the next working day (excluding public holidays). Some addresses have exceptions; you can find a breakdown of these addresses below. 
  • Royal Mail Tracked Delivery Times: Please note that Royal Mail Tracked delivery times are not guaranteed. While we strive to ensure your order reaches you within the stated times, external factors beyond our control can occasionally affect delivery. This excludes Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Service Before 1pm. Some addresses have exceptions; you can find a breakdown of these addresses below.
  • Tracking Notifications: You can track your order here. Royal Mail will inform you about any delivery timescales and potential delays through email.
  • Special Delivery: For Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Service Before 1pm, a signature is required upon delivery.
  • Correct Shipping Address: Make sure your shipping address is accurate. Providing an incomplete or incorrect address, or not being available to receive the delivery, may cause delays in your order's arrival.
  • Bank Holiday Orders: Orders placed during Bank Holiday periods will be dispatched on the next working day. Note that there are no Royal Mail deliveries on Bank Holidays.
  • Postcode Exceptions - Please note that deliveries to Scotland, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, and Islands
    have slightly different shipping options. These will be shown at the checkout.
  • Fine Foods Hampers: Please note that our Fine Foods Hampers are currently shipped by our partner company and will arrive separately and on a different timescale to that shown at the checkout. Unfortunately they are unable to ship these across to Northern Ireland at this time.

 

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UK

For customers outside the UK, please keep the following in mind:

  • Delivery Time: European orders will be sent through Royal Mail's International Tracked service, taking approximately 5-7 working days for delivery. Keep in mind that unexpected customs audits might lead to longer delivery times.
  • Alcoholic Goods: Unfortunately, we're unable to send alcoholic products to Europe due to country-specific restrictions.
  • Pricing Zones: Europe is divided into four pricing zones as follows:
  • Zone 1: Czech Republic, Denmark, Ireland, Sweden, France, Germany, Spain - £6.95
  • Zone 2: Austria, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Italy - £9.95
  • Zone 3: Belgium, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Switzerland, Norway - £11.95
  • Zone 4: Croatia, Finland, Malta, Cyprus - £13.95
  • Customs Duties: We operate on the IOSS so all custom duties are covered by us, and is incorporated in the price you pay at checkout.
  • Fine Foods Hampers: Please note that we are currently unable to ship these hampers overseas, due to weight restrictions.

 

ORDER AMENDMENTS 

You have a 30-minute window to make changes to your order after placing it. If you want to swap products, modify gift messages, change the shipping address, cancel, or get a refund, please do so within 30 minutes of ordering on our website. While we'll do our best to help, please note that we focus on fast shipping, which might limit our ability to edit orders. EASY RETURNS

If you're not completely satisfied with your gift, you can return it to us within 30 days from the date of receiving it. To qualify for a return, please ensure the item is in the same condition as when you received it. For more details, visit our refund policy page at this link: Refund Policy.

We deliver across the whole of the UK, Ireland and all European countries using Royal Mail delivery service. For more information click here.

How will my gift arrive?

Your gift will come exactly as shown in a stylish postal box, ready to give directly to the recipient. While we regularly create new designs, the actual box you receive might vary to match available stock, even though our images will reflect the latest version. Please note that our designer postal boxes primarily serve as protective packaging during shipping and can also be used as a gift box if they arrive intact.

Can I choose a specific delivery date?

For the majority of our products you are able to select a despatch date on the product page, which will delay your delivery. Where this feature shows, simply click on Choose A Date and chose your despatch date. Please note that this is the date that you order will be SHIPPED from us and not delivered. You then have a range of delivery options to choose from at the checkout, to determine how quickly your order arrives, from Next Day, to weekend options and standard tracked options. For guaranteed delivery, we recommend considering the Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Service Before 1pm.

Can I add a gift message?

Absolutely - in fact we recommend that you do if your gift is being sent to someone other than yourself. Please add your gift message on the product page and we will print these on to a small gift card and place it inside the gift box. Please refrain from using emoji's in your gift message as these do not print and leave a blank space.

What is the best before date of your gifts?
Because all of our gifts are made fresh every day, we are able to offer the best possible 'best before' dates. We inspect every item individually and display the earliest date on the front of the delivery box. Many of our gifts carry at least 3 month's shelf life. If you are looking to order in advance then please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to advise the current date on a specific gift.

Do you include any paperwork/billing information in the parcels?

As we know that the majority of gifts are sent directly to the recipient and not the buyer, we do not include any paperwork in with our parcels, other than a packing slip that does not contain any prices or buyer information.
Your invoice will be sent electronically to the email address provided at the checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express. You can also checkout using PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Shop Pay.

How do you use discount codes?

Simply enter your code at checkout. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers. Please refer to product pages for discount code eligibility.
